Earth to Heart: Tiny Tokens of Intention
Join us for a unique respite amidst acres of exotic forest and bamboo sculptural gardens, a Delray Beach hidden gem! We’ll open by exploring the restorative science of grounding, “Earthing”. Take a self-guided nature stroll to choose a found amulet (stone, seed, shell, etc.), tuck it into the provided burlap pouch; return to the circle to adorn a mini-postcard with images, symbols, and a brief affirmation using colorful acrylic markers. Carry your pocket talisman as a daily “grounding” cue – when you touch it, breathe deeply, read your affirmation, and reconnect to the fresh intention you’re inviting in. Each guest enjoys hot herbal tea + homemade granola cup tucked with a crispy biscotti surprise compliments of local chef, caligirlkitchen.
